Has Harry Styles: LOVE ON TOUR 2020 been rescheduled?
Yes; Harry Styles: LOVE ON TOUR 2020 has been rescheduled to 2021.
Does this include HARRYWEEN?
HARRYWEEN is a special event and separate from LOVE ON TOUR 2020, but is also rescheduled; to Halloween 2021! Wow.
OK, but what do I do until 2021?
Change the world.
"LISTEN, READ, SHARE, DONATE, AND VOTE." BLACK LIVES MATTER.
One conversation at a time. One kind gesture at a time. One changed perspective at a time. You're making a difference, and it shows; but we still have a long way to go. See you in a better 2021.
Where can I see the rescheduled dates?
You can see all the new dates on:
Will my existing LaneOne tickets be valid for the rescheduled date?
Yes; your existing LaneOne tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date and your tickets in the LaneOne mobile app will automatically reflect the new date.
What happens if I cannot make the new rescheduled dates?
We hope you are able to make it, but if not these tickets are yours and you may sell or gift your tickets.
How do I buy new LaneOne tickets?
You may fill and submit the online form, from the link below, to join the waitlist for new tickets (not exchange) on a first come first served basis.
If you're interested in purchasing LaneOne tickets for the Harry Styles tour, join the waitlist (CLICK THE LINK BELOW):
Be prepared to fill the form with your Email (preferably the email you used to create your LaneOne account), First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Number of Tickets Requested (limit 2 per person; options will be ONE, TWO, or ANY (BUT PREFER TWO)), First Choice of Show, Second Choice of Show (optional), Third Choice of Show (optional); shows will be listed on the form in chronological order of show date (from August 14, 2021 Tacoma, WA - Tacoma Dome to October 31, 2021 New York, NY - Madison Square Garden), and you just need to select your option from the list. If you make a mistake or need to update your form choices, you may fill and submit the form again but you will be served based on your new timestamp.
What do I need to do after I've submitted my request for new tickets?
We are working through the waitlist on a first come first served basis and will message you with your options, based on the time of form submission and your form choices.
You will have the choice of selecting up to 3 shows as your first, second, and third choice preferences (you will only get up to 2 tickets in total for the first available show from your ranked choice options); so choose wisely. If no inventory is available for the shows you selected, we will skip to the next entry. If we have inventory available for your request, you will have the option of purchasing with any major credit or debit card (prepaid cards are not supported) or declining to purchase. You will not be charged without your confirmation on the price of any available tickets for your request, which will be communicated to you at the time we reach out.
If I fill and submit the form, will I get tickets on the same day?
No; you are not buying tickets right away. You are joining a waitlist to purchase tickets if available.
If I fill and submit the form, will I be charged automatically?
No; when we get to your position on the waitlist, we will let you know your options - including availability and price, based on your request. You will only be charged at that time if you still want the ticket(s) and agree to the price.
How will you be contacting me?
We will message you in chat in the LaneOne mobile app, or via the email you provided in the form submission. We strongly recommend creating a LaneOne account if you don't have one already (with the email address you used in the form) and downloading the mobile app.
Make sure to turn on push notifications for the app on your phone, and add firstname.lastname@example.org to your email address book.
How much time will I have once you contact me?
Once we make an offer (based on availability), you will have 48 hrs to respond and complete your purchase.
When will you contact me?
We will contact you when we get to your position on the waitlist.
Your chances are not affected by how much time it takes for us to reach out to you – only by your position on the waitlist, your show choices, and available inventory.
This could take days or weeks, as we have to follow a diligent and time consuming process, make offers, give fans ahead of you on the waitlist reasonable time to respond, wait for responses, complete purchases or release holds if fans ahead of you do not complete their purchase, and then contact the next person in line, etc. As multiple people are requesting the same inventory, and there is much higher demand than supply, we cannot make simultaneous offers and must work sequentially. We will continue through the waitlist, in order, until we have no tickets left to offer.
Will I hear from you even if you don't have any tickets left for me?
Yes, but it might be a while. We will first reach out individually, in chat or email, to each person on the waitlist for whom we have inventory available; and if we have no inventory available to fulfill any remaining requests, we will email everyone remaining on the waitlist.
Can you tell me my position on the waitlist?
No; but to give you an estimate, we received over 500 form submissions in the very first minute; and many thousands of form submissions in total.
Additionally, your position on the overall waitlist is only one factor; the other factor is how many people ahead of you have chosen the same show(s); some shows have much higher demand than other shows.
So it will take us a while to get through the list, even for those who submitted within the first minute.
How do I find out my timestamp?
You should have received a confirmation email of your form submission when you submitted the form. You can look at the time stamp on that automated email for an estimate of your form submission time.
This is not necessarily the same as the exact timestamp we see (we see all submissions in exact order of submission), but it should give you an idea of your own timestamp.
What timestamp are you currently serving?
We are currently serving timestamps at or before 12h:00m:41s PDT in first come first served order of submission and form choices. We will continue to work through all requests, in order, until we have no inventory available to fulfill any remaining requests.
What shows are currently sold out?
We are currently sold out of LaneOne GA First on Floor tickets for the following shows. We will update this list as more shows sell out:
August 14, 2021 Tacoma, WA - Tacoma Dome
August 16, 2021 Vancouver, BC - Rogers Arena
August 18, 2021 Portland, OR - Moda Center
August 20, 2021 San Jose, CA - SAP Center
August 21, 2021 Sacramento, CA - Golden 1 Center
August 27, 2021 Inglewood, CA - The Forum
August 28, 2021 Inglewood, CA - The Forum
August 30, 2021 Inglewood, CA - The Forum
October 1, 2021 Nashville, TN - Bridgestone Arena
October 8, 2021 Sunrise, FL - BB&T Center
October 28, 2021 Atlanta, GA - State Farm Arena
October 30, 2021 New York, NY - Madison Square Garden
October 31, 2021 New York, NY - Madison Square Garden
If your form choices included only the above shows, there is no inventory available to fulfill your request. We will still message you via chat or email to let you know this.
Can I submit multiple forms?
Yes, but there's no real advantage in doing so. We will serve the waitlist on a first come, first served submission basis, and each person will be limited to up to 2 tickets total for 1 show total (unless there is no one else on the waitlist left to serve).
Can I change my form choices?
No. You cannot change your choices on the form you already submitted, but you may submit a new form if you want to put in a separate request. Each form submission will be treated as an independent request (according to their respective timestamps and choices), and we will serve all submissions on a first come, first served basis.
So, for example, when we get to your first form submission on the waitlist, based on its position, we will only serve the choices on that first form. When we get to your second form submission (if any), based on its position on the waitlist, we will serve the choices on that second form.
Therefore, a later submission with new choices does not provide an advantage over any previous submissions–and, conversely, any second submission does not hinder the chances of your initial submission–as all form submissions (and the choices included with each submission) will still be served based on a first come, first served basis.
What if my tickets were transferred to me and I cannot make the new date?
Please contact your point of purchase if you received a transfer from a friend or third party. LaneOne can only refund the original buyer who purchased directly from us on LaneOne.com. As we didn't take your money, and we were not party to your transaction, there is no way for us to refund you directly.
If I request a refund, when will I receive my money?
The refund deadline for anyone not on the exchange list was July 10th, 2020. You should expect to receive your refund in as soon as 30 days from your request being received.
If I request a refund, what happens if I no longer have the card I used to place the order?
Your funds will be returned by us to the card account used for purchase. If you have a new card with the same card issuer, your funds will show up on your new card automatically. However, if you have closed your card account, your card issuer will mail you a check to your address on file. For more details, please contact the card company to ensure they have everything they need from you.
What if I bought tickets to a show after the new date was announced?
If you buy tickets after the new date has been announced, you will not be eligible for a refund.
How can I check if you have tickets available?
Only sections with tickets still available will show up on the ticket selection page. If you don't see any tickets listed in the section you want, it means we're sold out. For example, if you see tickets for "Lower Bowl Seats" but don't see any tickets for "GA First on Floor Experience" it means we are sold out of GA First on Floor tickets for that show.
The map highlight color does not reflect available inventory, it only reflects the sections we sold for the show. Look at the list of tickets available for inventory that we still have available.
If you see a sold out message, we're sold out of our entire allocation of tickets for the show.
Where can I get tickets for Harry Styles: LOVE ON TOUR 2020?
Do I purchase on the LaneOne website or app?
LaneOne tickets are available for sale on the LaneOne website at www.laneone.com. The LaneOne mobile app will unlock your tickets and benefits after you complete your purchase on the web; there is not an option to purchase tickets in the app.
Is there is a queue for tickets like there is on TicketMaster?
There is no “waiting room”. At on-sale time, the “Remind Me” button will change to “Get Tickets”. You may need to refresh the page at on-sale time. Then, just click on “Get Tickets”. If the traffic is high, there might be a queue.
Can I use somebody else's card?
You may use someone else’s card if you have authorization from the cardholder. You will not be required to present their ID at the venue. You will need to present your LaneOne mobile ticket in your LaneOne app for entry to the show.
Will LaneOne tickets also be available on Ticketmaster?
No. LaneOne tickets are available exclusively on LaneOne.com and will not be available on Ticketmaster or elsewhere.
Can I use a prepaid or gift card to purchase LaneOne tickets?
No, prepaid or gift cards are not supported.
What's the difference between the LaneOne, Ticketmaster, and American Express Presales?
LaneOne GA First on Floor tickets are only available on www.laneone.com and are the most premium GA tickets that will get you first access to the barricade on the GA Floor before ALL other tickets, and includes an online check-in system so you don't need to camp out for a good spot.
Is there a ticket limit?
There is a 4-ticket limit per show. You may purchase tickets to multiple shows.
Is there any age restriction for the GA Floor?
This tour does not have any specific age restriction for GA Floor tickets. As it's a large GA Floor, we recommend that anyone attending is able to take care of themselves on the floor. Venue age restrictions still apply.
Can I do anything to prepare?
Make sure to inform your card company that you intend to purchase tickets from www.laneone.com so that your card is not declined by your bank or card company.
There is no option to add your card info in advance, but you will have enough time to enter your card info at checkout.
What do I do if my AmEx is getting declined?
Please click here for info on what to do when your card is declined.
Do LaneOne packages include an actual ticket to the concert?

Can I upgrade my ticket purchased from Ticketmaster to LaneOne First on Floor?
No. We are unable to upgrade tickets purchased from Ticketmaster.
How many LaneOne tickets are sold per show?

LaneOne Package Options
GA First on Floor: Get first access onto the GA Floor before ALL other ticket holders. Includes an online check-in system for a stress-free GA experience.
Reserved Seats: Amazing seats in the first several rows of the reserved sections nearest to the stage.
Which is the best package?
It really depends on what you want from your experience. What do you want from your experience?
If you want to be as close to the action as possible, get LaneOne GA First on Floor. Here's what the LaneOne GA First on Floor Experience has been for other tours we've done:
If you prefer to be seated but still want to be close to the action, get LaneOne reserved seats. LaneOne reserved seats will be in the reserved seat sections nearest to stage.
Which is it going to be: a GA Pit or a GA Floor?
The entire floor will be the pit, split into two sections; so it's not a small Pit in the front of the floor section as it was for HS1. LaneOne will have premium tickets for both GA Pit sections. The stage will be in the center of floor. There are no seats in the GA Pit; standing only.
With LaneOne GA First on Floor do you guarantee barricade?
We do not guarantee barricade, but LaneOne GA First on Floor gets you first access to the barricade before ALL other tickets. In order to participate in GA First on Floor you need to be present at the venue at the designated time that we will communicate to you closer to the show.
What is the benefit of LaneOne GA over regular GA?
LaneOne GA First on Floor tickets get you first access to the barricade on the GA Floor, before ALL other ticket holders. In order to participate in GA First on Floor you will need to be at the LaneOne entrance at the venue at the designated time; details for which will be sent to you closer to the show date.
But isn't Ticketmaster also selling VIP tickets for this tour?
No; LaneOne is the most premium ticket for this tour, and is the VIP link on the artist website.
I purchased my ticket, but don't see a barcode?
Your ticket purchased through LaneOne is guaranteed. A barcode will be generated on each of your LaneOne mobile tickets prior to the show.
