What is online check-in?
LaneOne GA ticket holders get first access to the GA Floor, before ALL other ticket holders.
When you check-in online, you will secure your position in the LaneOne GA line, which is the first group of fans that will be escorted, in order of check-in position, to the GA Floor.
Why is there an online check-in?
The online check-in ensures that you have a stress-free experience on the day of the show, without the need to camp out or arrive at the venue hours in advance and wait around needlessly early.
How do I check-in online?
You may check in from the mobile app (recommended) or from the web.
To access the check-in screen from the app, go to your tickets in the LaneOne mobile app.
To access the check-in page on the web, go to your profile at https://www.laneone.com.
Here's an example of what the check-in button looks like in the LaneOne mobile app:
And on the web:
When do I have to check-in?
You can check-in any time after online check-in begins for your show.
Check-in dates and times for your show are displayed in your LaneOne mobile app (on your ticket), and on your web profile at LaneOne.com.
Can I check-in from any location?
Yes. This is an online check-in. You can check-in from any location, even if you're traveling. All you need is an internet connection and the LaneOne app (or web).
Check-in times are based on venue local time, so if you're traveling in a different timezone make sure you check in online at the venue local time specified.
Will all my tickets be checked-in together?
All tickets in your account at the time of your check in will be checked in together, and will receive sequential positions.
If you purchase or transfer additional tickets into your account after you have already checked-in, you will need to separately check these additional tickets in, and will receive the first available sequential check-in positions for these tickets.
I'd like to check-in with friends.
In order to check-in together with friends, make sure that ALL tickets you want checked-in together are in ONE LaneOne account (either yours, or your friend's).
You can either:
a.) buy your LaneOne GA tickets under a single account, and check-in from that account, OR
b.) have your friends transfer their tickets into ONE account BEFORE check-in time - then, when you check-in, all tickets in that account will be checked in together.
You may transfer your tickets to your friend's account, or have them transfer their tickets into your account. It's like a trust game, only higher stakes.
After you check-in and receive your check-in positions, you can then transfer tickets back to their original account. Transfers of tickets that have already been checked-in and received a check-in position will retain their position on transfer.
What happens after I check in?
After you check-in, all tickets in your account will receive a check-in position based on your check-in time. You can see your check-in positions in the app or on the web.
At this point, you have secured your check-in positions and don't need to stress about showing up too early at the concert.
On the day of the concert, just show up at the LaneOne dedicated entrance at the designated Roll Call time and join the line in order of your online check-in position.
What is "Roll Call"?
Roll Call will take place at the LaneOne dedicated entrance prior to our early entry into the venue.
At Roll Call, your LaneOne Ambassador will verify your LaneOne ticket, confirm that you are lined up in order of your online check-in position, mark your attendance, and provide you with a LaneOne wristband.
Once Roll Call is completed, we will be ready to enter the venue as soon as we get the all-clear signal from the venue.
Where and when do I show up for Roll Call?
Arrive at the LaneOne dedicated entrance for Roll Call at the designated time.
Times, details, and instructions regarding your LaneOne dedicated entrance will be displayed in your LaneOne mobile app closer to the show date.
Roll Call times for all shows will be posted closer to the show date, but expect it to be around 2 1/2 hours before public doors open.
Is First on Floor Access guaranteed?
Yes - LaneOne GA ticket holders will be first on the GA Floor, before ALL other ticket holders.
With a LaneOne GA First on Floor ticket you are guaranteed to be first on the GA Floor and inside the venue before public doors.
Will there be a separate line for LaneOne?
Yes, there will be a separate line for LaneOne at the dedicated LaneOne entrance.
Your dedicated entrance details can be found in the LaneOne mobile app. You can also check venue-specific FAQs for details.
How early can we line up? Can we line up before Roll Call time?
Given that your position in line is secured by the online check-in process, we do not encourage, and will not be responsible for, any camping or lining up prior to Roll Call at the LaneOne entrance.
But I want to line up early!
If you choose to arrive early, it is your responsibility to follow all venue rules and regulations. Your position in line will still be determined by your online check-in position, regardless of how early you arrive at the venue.
What if there are people in line before Roll Call time?
Your position in line is secured by your online check-in position, not by when you start lining up at the venue. If you see a line already formed when you arrive, join the line in order of your online check-in position.
What if I am late for Roll Call?
Typically, Roll Call begins 2 1/2 hours before public doors. LaneOne doors open about 1 hour before public doors. All times are subject to change.
At some point between LaneOne doors & 15 minutes before public doors (most likely closer to 15 - 20 mins before public doors, but this can and does change last minute), the LaneOne GA line will be escorted to the GA Floor. If you arrive before we move to the floor, we'll still honor your position in line.
So, if you arrive right around LaneOne doors you should be fine.
Can my friends line-up at Roll Call with me?
Everyone must have a LaneOne ticket to line-up for Roll Call at the LaneOne dedicated entrance.
Can my friends enter with me?
Everyone must have a LaneOne ticket to enter through the LaneOne dedicated entrance.
Can I hold a spot in line for my friends?
Your position in line is secured by the online check-in process, and every ticket will have a secured position number. If you want to check-in together with friends, refer to the answer earlier in this FAQ.
You may not line up ahead of anyone with a lower number than you, but you are more than welcome to move to the back to join friends who have a higher number.
Can I leave the line and re-join?
Once Roll Call begins, we will be preparing to enter the venue. You may leave the line at your own risk. If the line has not yet entered the building when you return, you may rejoin in your original position.
What if I need to use the restroom?
Venues typically do not have any restrooms provisioned outside the venue.
However, once you are let into the venue, if we have time, we will try our best to provide for time to use the restroom before heading down to the GA Floor. In some cases, we may not have enough time for a restroom break, depending on how early the venue lets us in to the building.
What if I come after LaneOne entrance doors open?
If you arrive before general public doors open, and LaneOne GA ticket holders have not yet been escorted down to the GA Floor, you may enter via the LaneOne entrance and skip the crowds.
What if I come after venue doors open to the public?
If you arrive after general public doors open, first on floor access will no longer be possible and you might have to join the regular GA Floor line outside the venue.
We'll still be at the LaneOne entrance to assist you with any issues.
What if I need medical assistance in line?
Please notify a LaneOne Ambassador, in person or chat in the app, and we will request the venue’s medical staff to assist you. You may also contact venue staff directly. If it's an emergency, please call 911 directly.
Am I guaranteed barricade?
Barricade is not guaranteed - but there are only a limited number of LaneOne GA First on Floor tickets. You'll get in before ALL other ticket holders, and before the general public, so you'll have an amazing position on the GA Floor.
How many LaneOne GA Floor tickets per show?
The exact number varies by venue, but it is a limited number of LaneOne GA First on Floor tickets. As long as you arrive at the venue at your scheduled Roll Call time you'll have an amazing position on the GA Floor.
What if I'm last in line in the LaneOne GA line?
Whether you're first or last in the LaneOne GA line, you're still ahead of ALL other ticket holders and your position on the GA Floor will be absolutely incredible.
What can I bring to the venue? Can I bring signs, banners, bags, iPads?
The venue's policies will apply for each show. LaneOne has no say in venue policies, so please check the venue website for details on what's allowed and what's not.
I still have a question!
