Where is the Preferred Entrance?
Launch the LaneOne mobile app, go to your ticket, scroll down until you see Preferred Entrance and tap on it to bring up a detailed map directing you to your preferred entrance.
Your dedicated lane is located at the Premium Entrance on the West side of the arena. Look for the LaneOne sign. If you have any trouble, chat us in the app and an Ambassador will take care of you.
If you have a LaneOne GA ticket, please arrive at the Premium Entrance by 5:30pm for Roll Call. If you have a reserved seat, you're welcome to come closer to 6:00pm or even after. At Roll Call, your LaneOne Ambassador will verify your LaneOne ticket, confirm that you are lined up in order of your online check-in position (this only applies to GA tickets), mark your attendance, and provide you with a LaneOne wristband. Once Roll Call is completed, we will be ready to enter the venue as soon as we get the all-clear signal from the venue.
How do I choose my Rideshare Credit?
Launch the LaneOne mobile app, go to your ticket, scroll down until you see Uber / Parking, tap on it to go to the selection page, and select your preferred option.
Please only select Uber for additional tickets if you intend on booking multiple rides to the show.
How do I use my Uber code?
After you have selected Uber as your transportation option, a custom Uber code will be generated for you. This code will become active 12 hours prior to doors on the day of the show. At this time, you can return to the Uber screen in the app to apply your Uber code to your Uber app (note that you need to have the Uber app and be logged in to the Uber app on your phone). Tap on Apply Code, you will see a prompt to allow LaneOne permission to apply the code to your Uber account, continue following onscreen instructions until you are returned to the LaneOne app. At this point, your custom Uber code has been added to your Uber account.
You may now call for your Uber at any time on the day of the show, and your destination will automatically be set to the venue and your Uber code will automatically be applied to the ride. Your Uber code will be valid until 1 hour after the show ends for your return trip home.
How do I secure my parking pass?
You can secure your parking pass directly in the LaneOne app.
Just go to the ticket view and scroll down to "Uber" or "Parking". Select "Reserve Parking". Parking will be located at the S Regional Garage.
Your barcode will be displayed in the LaneOne app closer to the date of the show. Present this barcode for entry into the S Regional Garage on the evening of the show.
Please only select "Reserve Parking" for additional tickets if you intend on utilizing more than one parking spot upon arrival to the show.
Please Note: Parking availability is limited, so be sure to secure yours in the app as soon as possible.
What time do I have to be there?*
The show begins at 7:30 PM. Doors open at 6:30 PM. Plan to arrive at or around door time, but it's OK if you arrive at or even after 7:30 PM.
*If you are a GA ticket holder, which includes First on Floor access, we will update you with specific times closer to the show date. We anticipate early entry to be anywhere from 15 min - 1 hour before door time.
What do I need to do before the show?
Download the LaneOne app.
Step 3 (optional):
If you purchased multiple tickets, transfer tickets to friends.
Select Parking or Uber credit.
You're all set. Get Excited!
Where do I need to go once I'm at the venue?
If you're driving and have preferred parking selected in the LaneOne app, proceed to the parking lot.
If you're taking an Uber and have selected Uber credit in the LaneOne app, use the LaneOne app to call for your Uber, and your destination will automatically be set to the Uber drop-off point at the venue.
Once you arrive, proceed to the preferred entrance.
How do I enter the venue?
Your ticket is the digital QR code in the LaneOne mobile app. Present the QR code at the preferred entrance for entry into the venue. You may also enter through any other venue entrance with your ticket, but you'll likely have to wait longer and walk farther to get to your seats. The preferred entrance is the fastest way for you to enter the venue and get to your seats.
If you purchased multiple tickets, just swipe left on the first ticket to get to the next ticket; you can scan each of your party in this way. Alternatively, you can transfer tickets to a friend through the app, although we recommend doing this before you get to the venue (because your friend will need a good data connection to accept your transfer, create an account, and download the LaneOne app).
