Where do I find instructions for my specific show?
We are working on timings and details for each venue, and will send out an email to all LaneOne buyers, and publish that information in our help center, as soon as we have details for each show. If you don't see information for your show yet, check back closer to the concert.
Is Early Entry guaranteed?
Yes, with a LaneOne ticket you are guaranteed early entry into the venue. You will be allowed to enter your section (GA Pit or reserved seats) before general public access.
Will there be a separate line for LaneOne?
Yes, there will be a separate line for LaneOne at the dedicated LaneOne entrance. Check your show specific instructions for more details.
What time do I need to be there?
Check your show specific instructions for timings.
How does the LaneOne line work?
The line is first-come, first-served at the LaneOne entrance, and becomes official when the LaneOne entrance sign goes up.
Bottom line: There are only up to 50 LaneOne GA Pit tickets in each pit for all shows. This ensures that you will have an amazing spot in the Pit, regardless of whether you're first or last in line.
How early can we line up? Can we line up before the LaneOne sign goes up?
Given the limited number of tickets, we do not encourage, and will not be responsible for, any camping or lining up prior to the official LaneOne sign going up at the LaneOne entrance (times vary per show; refer to show-specific instructions for details).
But I want to line up early!
If you choose to line up early, it is your responsibility to follow all venue rules and regulations.
What if there are people in line before the LaneOne sign goes up?
The official line is first-come, first-served at the LaneOne entrance when our sign goes up. One line for LaneOne GA Pit (both pits) and one line for LaneOne reserved seats.
If there are already people in line at the LaneOne entrance when you show up, whether or not the sign is already up, join the back of the line on a first-come, first-served basis. Respect the line.
If a single, orderly line for each type of LaneOne ticket - one line for LaneOne GA Pit (both pits together in the same line), and one line for LaneOne reserved seats - is already formed at the LaneOne entrance when the LaneOne entrance sign goes up, that line will become the official line.
We expect the line to be orderly, given the limited number of tickets.
So a single line for both pits?
And a separate line for LaneOne reserved seats?
So two lines total?
You should write our FAQs.
Can we camp?
There are a limited number of LaneOne tickets, so you don't need to camp.
But that one fan is camping!
You are free to do what you enjoy, as long as you follow all venue rules and regulations.
You don't need to camp or even stress about it. If you show up at the scheduled time on the day of the show, you'll still have an amazing spot in the pit.
Is there a numbering system?
No. The line is first-come, first-served at the LaneOne entrance.
The LaneOne line will only become official when the LaneOne sign goes up.
Can my friends line-up with me?
Everyone must have a LaneOne ticket to line-up at the LaneOne entrance.
Can my friends enter with me?
Everyone must have a LaneOne ticket to enter through the LaneOne entrance.
Can I hold a spot in line for my friends?
Lines will be in order of first-come, first-served. Holding a spot for a friend who is not already in line with you will not be permitted.
Can I leave the line and re-join?
Make friends in line, and ask them to hold your spot if you need to leave the line for a brief period (or hold their spot if they leave the line). Be courteous, be kind.
What if I need to use the restroom?
Venues typically do not have any restrooms provisioned outside the venue.
What if I come after LaneOne Early Entry doors open?
If you arrive before general public doors open, and the LaneOne Early Entry door is still open, you may enter via the LaneOne entrance and skip the lines.
What if I come after venue doors open to the public?
If you arrive after general public doors open, early entry will no longer be possible and you might have to join the regular GA Pit line outside the venue.
We'll still be at the LaneOne entrance to assist you with any issues.
What if I need medical assistance in line?
Please notify a LaneOne Ambassador, in person or chat in the app, and we will request the venue’s medical staff to assist you. You may also contact venue staff directly. If it's an emergency, please call 911 directly.
Am I guaranteed barricade?
Barricade is not guaranteed - but there are only a limited number of LaneOne GA Pit tickets per pit for all shows. You'll get in before the general public, so chances are you'll have an amazing position in the pit regardless.
But how many LaneOne GA Pit tickets?
Up to 50 LaneOne GA per Pit. Varies by venue and Pit.
What can I bring to the venue? Can I bring signs, banners, bags, iPads?
The venue's policies will apply for each show. LaneOne has no say in venue policies, so please check the venue website for details on what's allowed and what's not. Click here to view the Venue Specific FAQs page in our help center for venue-specific policies.
