Where is the Preferred Entrance?
Your dedicated lane is located at Gate 5 (AmEx Gate). Look for the LaneOne sign.
Next, launch the LaneOne mobile app, go to your ticket, scroll down until you see Preferred Entrance and tap on it to bring up a detailed map directing you to your preferred entrance.
How do I choose my preference for Preferred Parking or Rideshare Credit?
Launch the LaneOne mobile app, go to your ticket, scroll down until you see Uber / Parking, tap on it to go to the selection page, and select your preferred option.
Please only select transportation for additional tickets if you intend on booking multiple rides or utilizing multiple parking spots upon arrival to the show.
Once you select one of the available options, you will be assigned your selected choice for this event. Note that you cannot switch your choice once you have already made a selection.
Parking passes are limited, so if you plan to drive please make sure to select parking early. The parking option will be available up to 7 days before the show, or until sellout, after which your only option will be Uber credit.
How do I use my Parking Pass?
Your parking pass is a digital barcode in the LaneOne mobile app. Drive up the entrance of the parking lot K and display your parking barcode for entry into the parking lot.
How do I use my Uber code?
After you have selected Uber as your transportation option, a custom Uber credit code will be generated for you. Please make sure that you have the Uber app downloaded on your phone, and that you are logged in to the Uber app before you attempt to apply your Uber credit. Once you apply your Uber credit in the LaneOne app, you will see a prompt to allow LaneOne permission to apply the code to your Uber account - continue following onscreen instructions until you are returned to the LaneOne app. This code will become active for you to request your ride 12 hours prior to doors on the day of the show. At the end of the night, you can return to the Uber app to book your ride home.
Who do I contact if I have issues with my ride?
Uber is a separate entity from LaneOne, and therefore LaneOne does not control the Uber ride experience. We only provide Uber credit for your use of their service. If you have any issues with your Uber ride or driver not related to your Uber credit, please contact Uber support directly from the Uber app. Note that, per Uber's terms of service, you must be 18+ to utilize Uber. If you are 17 or under you must be accompanied by an adult. All rides are subject to surge pricing, so please check the price in the Uber app before you confirm your ride; if the surge price is too high, you can wait until surge pricing ends prior to confirming your ride.
If you believe your Uber credit was not applied to and/or from the venue upon review of your charges, please forward your Uber ride receipt email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
What time do I have to be there?
The show begins at 8:00 PM. Plan to arrive at or around door time, but it's OK if you arrive at or even after 8:00 PM.
What do I need to do before the show?
Download the LaneOne app.
Step 3 (optional):
If you purchased multiple tickets, transfer tickets to friends.
Select Parking or Uber credit.
You're all set. Get excited!
Where do I need to go once I'm at the venue?
If you're driving and have preferred parking selected in the LaneOne app, proceed to parking lot K.
If you're taking an Uber and have selected Uber credit in the LaneOne app, your destination will automatically be set to the Uber drop-off point at the venue. Once you arrive, proceed to the preferred entry located at Gate 5. Look for the LaneOne sign.
How do I enter the venue?
Your ticket is the digital QR code in the LaneOne mobile app. Present the QR code at the preferred entrance for entry into the venue. You may also enter through any other venue entrance with your ticket, but you'll likely have to wait longer and walk farther to get to your seats. The preferred entrance is the fastest way for you to enter the venue and get to your seats.
If you purchased multiple tickets, just swipe left on the first ticket to get to the next ticket; you can scan each of your party in this way. Alternatively, you can transfer tickets to a friend through the app, although we recommend doing this before you get to the venue (because your friend will need a good data connection to accept your transfer, create an account, and download the LaneOne app).
