Make sure to double check that your card hasn't expired and you've correctly entered your credit card number, expiration date (month first, then year), *CVC code, and ZIP code.
*The CVC code for American Express is the 4-digit code on the Front of the card. Please ensure you are using the correct CVC code at check out.
If you've already done so and are still having trouble, contact your credit card provider to see if there are any holds or restrictions on making online purchases. You may also try using a different card to complete your order.
Once the issue has been resolved, you can re-try placing an order.
Please note that when an order is declined, the tickets are released from the cart and put back on sale. We are unable to place seats on hold.
