Yes. You can transfer your tickets, resort packages, or upgrades from the LaneOne app or by logging into your account on the web.
LaneOne app:
1.) Open the tickets page.
2.) Tap on the "Transfer" button at the bottom right*.
*If you are transferring a resort package, please scroll down on your mobile ticket in the app and tap "Transfer Packages". You will then be redirected to log-in to your account on the web to transfer.
3.) Enter the email of the person to whom you would like to transfer your ticket, resort package, or upgrade.
4.) Tap the "Transfer Ticket" button.
5.) You will then be asked to verify your ticket transfer. If the email address is correct, tap "Continue."
6.) Your ticket transfer will be pending until the person you are transferring to accepts your transfer.
Web:
1.) Log in to your account by clicking here.
2.) Select the order containing the ticket(s), resort package(s), or upgrade(s) you want to transfer.
3.) Check off the ticket(s), resort package(s), or upgrade(s) you'd like to transfer.
4.) Enter the email address of the person to whom you would like to transfer your ticket(s), resort package(s), or upgrade(s).
5.) Tap the "Transfer Ticket(s)" button.
6.) Your ticket transfer will be pending until the recipient accepts your transfer.
7.) You may cancel the transfer by tapping on "Cancel" at any time prior to the recipient accepting the transfer.
