Please double check that you have correctly entered your debit/credit card number, expiration date (month, year), CVC code*, and ZIP code. Make sure your card hasn't expired and is valid for online use.
*The CVC code for American Express is the 4-digit code on the Front of the card. Please ensure you are using the correct CVC code at check out.
If all of this checks out, but your card is still being declined, please contact your debit/credit card provider and let them know that you approve of the purchase. We also suggest making sure there are no holds on, or restrictions with, online purchases (as is the case with some pre-paid or gift cards).
